Brand Identity and Strategy for luxury real estate team. We started with brand identity through scientific research, color, typography and mood board creatives. From there we developed all marketing materials including logo, and all marketing materials. The last step was the advertising strategy and execution. 

 

The Challenge

Shannon is the agency owner of our company, and the agency will be designing all of the branding materials for her real estate listing clients, so her real estate branding must be exceptionally executed.

It was very important to her to brand the real estate team separately, with its own design, look, and feel, since her agency team is not affiliated with her real estate team.

The overall goal was to build a brand for luxury real estate, with elegant design, in a way that speaks to luxury listing clients.
